The budget Direct Debit Scheme is designed to spread the cost of your heating oil and to avoid being asked with a one-off significant purchase. This service is not provided as a means of paying for your oil in arrears. When ordering your oil, you may be asked to provide a one of payment should there be insufficient funds in your account.
